And Mr. Adams being called in and examined as to the
nature of the Accommodation provided by him.

Resolved that it be referred to the Committee of Accounts to
consider if any and what Regulations are necessary and can be made
for their better Accommodation in the Hands of the Contractor.

Resolved also that it be referred to the said Committee to
draw up a Representation to lay before the Court to be sent to the
Magistrates of the City of London on the subject of the Vagrants passed by
them

Resolved that Samuel Glasse< no role > D D. be added to the Committee
of Accounts.

The following Report from the Committee appointed to
examine and audit Mr. Akermans Bill< no role > being Read in the
following Words Vizt.

Middlesex To His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Report of the Committee appointed to
examine and audit the Accounts delivered by Mr.
Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. Keeper of His Majestys Gaol of
Newgate at the last Session.

The said Committee Report,

That in pursuance of the Reference to them made they
have examined the annexed Accounts of Mr Richard Akerman< no role > the
Keeper of His Majestys Gaol of Newgate amounting to the Sum of
Ninety six Pounds Seven shillings and two pence which having been
Sworn to by the said Richard Akerman< no role > and appearing to Your
Committee to be fair and just Your Committee recommend the same
to be paid.

All which the Committee submit Etc
