Notice that the plans
& the Ground this Day
and a Consn. as a more
Eligible Spot than ye
Quakers Ground would
be taken into Conson on
ye County day of ye next
Sessn.

Resolved that an advertisement be Inserted in Three
of the Morning News Papers giving notice that this Court having
this day adjudged the Premiums to the Plans for a House of Correction
for this County delivered pursuant to the several advertisements for
that purpose and that this Court having also Inspected a Plan laid before
them by Jacob Leroux< no role > Esquire the said Plans will remain at the office
of the Clerk of the peace for the said County for the Inspection of such of
His Majestys Justices of the peace as may choose to attend for that
purpose and that the said Plans and also a piece of Ground this day
under the Consideration of the said Justices as a more Eligible Spot
whereon to Erect a House of Correction than the Ground heretofore
determined upon will come under their Consideration on Thursday
the 13th. day of January next the County day of the next Session
