This Court having taken into Consideration the Complaints<lb></lb>

had to alledge in his defence as also the Evidence of two Persons<lb></lb>

and commodious for the conveying of Vagrants and that he<lb></lb>
provide proper places for the Reception of Vagrants at the Extreme<lb></lb>
parts of the County to which he conveys them and that on no<lb></lb>
account he presumes to remove any Vagrants who shall appear<lb></lb>
to be in such a state of Health that his or her Life may be in<lb></lb>
Danger by such Removal.</p>
