That there appears to be due to the Personal Representation of the
said Mr William Herbert< no role > the Sum of£43.6 [..]
That there appears to be due to the said Charles Eyles< no role > the Sum of£711..6..9

And that in pursuance of the Authority to us given in the
order of referrence abovementioned we have issued an Order upon the
Treasurer of the said County for the payment to the said Charles Eyles< no role >
of £350 in discharge in part of the Sum of Seven hundred and Eleven
Pounds Six shillings and nine pence due to him on the said Accounts
being a Seem not exceeding half the amount of the Demands [..]
by him upon the County and allowed by Us.

And your Committee having compleated their
Referrence take leave to recommend that all Demands hereafter to
be made upon the County in respect to Committees or other business be
delivered previous to the January Session in every Year in the
manner as other Demands made upon the County are required to
delivered Given under our Hands this 28th. day of November 1782

And it appearing unto this Court that the business charged for in
the said Accounts began in the Year 1773 and hath continued till many the
[..] present time.

A Motion were made that the said Report be confirmed
and the same passing in the Affirmative nem: con: It is Ordered
that the said Report be and it hereby ratified and confirmed
accordingly. And it is further Ordered that the Treasurer of the
County do pay unto the Representatives of the did late William
Herbert
< no role > and unto the said Charles Eyles< no role > the respective Sums of
Money so reported and confirmed to be respectively due to them.
