and things as on his Majesty's behalf are on Oath objected against her

It appeared to your Committee by an indorsement on the back of the

been brought before him that the Warrant was discharged by the Consent
of the parties and that the Offence was not committed within the City
and Liberty's of Westminster
Your Committee are of opinion therefore
that the Said Warrant is illegal
