due to him upon the Ballance of the said Contract the Sum of
One thousand four hundred and Seventy five Pounds 11s/5¾d

Your Petitioner therefore humbly praye
that Your Worships would be pleased to order
the said Sum of £1475..11..5¾ to be paid
him out of your worships Treasury

And Your Petitioner will ever pray Etc

It is Ordered that the said Petition be and the same is hereby
referred to the Prison Committee in Order that the said Committee
may Examine and Audit the Bills of the said Joseph Wood< no role > and
Order the payment to thereof if the same appear just and reasonable

By adjournment same day

The following Letter being laid before the Court Vizt.
To his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex Hicks
Hall

Gentleman

I beg the favor of You to pay to the bearer Mr.
Samuel Faxton< no role > : Two Pound Twelve and Nine Pence for Mason
Work done by my late husband , Thomas Stephens< no role > of Hart Street
Covent Garden , to whom I am sole Executrix, and am Gentlemen
Your most humble Servant

NB: I beg leave to Solicit your future favour for Mr. Stephens
Son, who carries on the business at the same place

It is Ordered that the said Letter be and the same is
