want repairing with good Sound Pebble Stones as well as the East
side of the said Haymarket
and repair and Pave all the said
Haymarket
with good Sound Pebble Stones and keep the same in good
Repair in such manner as is herein after Expressed which said
Haymarket
is hereby admitted and agreed to extend in length from
the Toll post at the upper End of the said Haymarket
to the Toll post at
the lower End of the said Haymarket

Three Feet And in Breadth from the Kennel running by the Houses
on the East Side to the Kennel running by the Houses on the West
Side Fifty four Feet of assize be the same more or less Now these
present Articles Do Witness And the said

for himself his Executors and Administrators doth
Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said Justices and the
Survivors and Survivor of them and the Executors and Administra
-tors of such Survivor in consideration of the Yearly Sum or Sums of
Money which shall arise by the Toll of the said Haymarket
over
and above the said Sums an Sum of four shillings in the Pound
allowed for collecting the Toll and other incident charges should
be paid to him the said John Wilkins< no role >
his Executors or Administrators
by order of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said County
which order is now delivered to the said John Wilkins< no role >
for the term
of Twenty one Years to be computed from the Twenty fifth day of
March last past at the times therein mentioned Vizt the Feast of the
Nativity of St. John the Baptist St Michael the Archangel the
Nativity of our Lord Christ and the Annunciation of the Blessed
Virgin Mary
by even and equal Portions out of the Money arising
by the said Toll for Hay and Straw brought or to be brought into
and standing to be Sold in the said Haymarket
