minute View and Inspection that the said Boundary Wall is the
property of the County as mentioned in the last Report of the said
Committee

And the said Committee further Report

That a new Building used as a Smelting house has been lately
Erected on the East Boundary Wall belonging to the County Estate in
Clerkenwell and the proprietor of the said Smelting house has Erected
the West part of the said Building on the said Boundary Wall which
Erection the Committee Conceive to be an Encroachment All which the
Committee Submit Etc.

Which Report being read This Court doth agree with the said
Report and doth rately and confirm the same and the said Report
is hereby in all things ratified and Confirmed accordingly

It is Ordered by the Court that The Clerk of the Peace as acquaint
the Proprietor of the Smelting house mentioned in the Report of this
Committee with the Opinion of the Committee respecting the same
and do give him proper notice to remove the same

It is Ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Peace taking
Mr. Rogers to his assistance to examine into the state and
condition of the quakers workhouse and do make a Report of the
same on the County day of the next Session
