hath Exhibited his
Petition to this Court setting forth that he was appointed high
Constable
of the said hundred on the 11th. day of December last
and that at the same time he was very ill and kept his Bed
with an Asthma which had continued and had rendered him
incapable to Execute the said Office and thereby praying to be
discharged from the said Office And this Court being satisfied
in the Premises Doth appoint

High Constable
within the said Hundred in the place and
read of the said

and doth Order that the said
Thomas Weatherley< no role >
do forthwith on Notice hereof attend one
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County residing
in or near the said Hundred and to take his Oath for the
due Execution of his said office before such Justice and from
and after the time of his taking his said Oath the above
Petitioner is to stand absolutely discharged from his said
Office of High Constable there.
