To pay Adams

It is Ordered that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this Co. do pay to James
Sturges Adams
< no role > Contractor for passing of Vagrants the Sum of
four Pounds two Shillings and Seven Pence in full of his Account
for Subsistance of Vagrants to this day and that the Receipt of
the said Mr Adams together with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Trear for such payment.

To pay Stephen
Govt. of Tothill Fields

It is Ordered that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay to
John Stephens< no role > Governor of the House of Correction at Tothill Fields
Three Pounds One Shilling and three pence in full of his Accot
for subsisting of Vagrants Comitted to the sd. House of Correction
in Order to be punished & passed Since June Session 1761. and contil this
present Session And that the Receipt of the said Governor toger.
with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the sd. Trear for
such Payment.

To pay Seven
Bricklayer 18s.8d.
for repairs at H. Hall


(Co. Rents.)

A Bill of John Seven< no role > for Brick layers Work done at Hicks Hall aforesd.
amounting to Eighteen Shillings and Eight pence being now layd before
this Comt for payment and it appearing by writing under the Hand of
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr to whom it was referred to examined the same
that the said Charge is just and reasonable It is Ordered that Mr.
John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said Sum to the said
Mr Severn in full of his said Demand whose Receipt togr with this
Order shall be sufficient Discharge to the said Trear for such payment.

To pay him £2.1.3.

A Bill of John for Bricklayers Work Done at New Prison at
Clerkenwell amounting to two pounds one Shilling and Three pence
half penny and another Bill of the said Mr. Severn for Bicklayers
Work done at the House of Correction there amounting to Twenty
three Pounds thirteen Shillings and five Pence being now layd before
this Court for payment and it appearing by writing undr the Hand
[..] of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . to whom it was referred to [..]
examine the same Bills that the Charges there in are just & reason
[..] It is Ordered that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
pay to Mr Severn the Sum of twenty five pounds 14 Shillings and
eight pence in full of his said demand whose receipt together
with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer
for such payment.
