Produced before this Court And it appearing by writing under the
Hand of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . to whom it was referred to exa-
mine the Same that it is just and right It is Ordered by this Court
that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay the said sum
to the said Richard Williams< no role > in full of his said Demand Whose
receipt together with this Order Shall be a sufficient Discharge to
the said Treasurer for such Payment.

Whereas at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace and Session of
Oyer & Terminer holden for this County by Adjournment on Friday the 23d.
Day of April last it was moved and Ordered that the Sheriff of this
County Should not return to this present Sessions any of the Persons
returned to that Sessions as Traverse Jurymen but Should Sumon
impanel and return a Sufficient Number of other indifferent
Persons as in the said Order is mentioned Now for as much as
the Said Order was irregular not being made upon the County-
day of the Said Sessions when but on the Friday when but
few Justices were present the same is hereby vacated & Set
Aside and it is hereby declared andOrderedresolved that no public or
Standing Order ought to be made or deemed regular if
made on any other Day than the County day of the Sessions

It is Ordered that the Sheriff of this County do Sumon.
impanel & return fresh Juries at every Session of the Peace
and Session of Oyer & Terminer to Serve on the Tryal of
Issues joined in those Courts and do not return the names
of the same Persons from Sessions to Sessions as hath lately
been the Practise And that this Order be entred in the Book
of public Orders as a Standing Order of Sessions to be Obser-
ved.
