to them referred and being of opinion this Court can do
nothing therein referred him to make his application to the
Justice that required his services on that occasion
Whereupon it is Ordered by this Court that the said
Report be and the same is hereby Confirmed And it
it further Ordered that the several Repairs and Necessaries
therein mentioned be done at the Charge of this County
And it is likewise Ordered that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of this County do Pay to the said William Pentlow< no role > the Since
of £12..10..0 for One Quarter Salary allowed to the Govr of
the said House of Correction It Appearing by the said Report that
the Said William Pentlow< no role > had the care and Charge of the said
House of Correction from the 22d of June last till the first
day of October foll. Andthat the Receipt of the said Wm.
Pentlow together with this Order for Paymt. Shall be a Suf-
ficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such Paymt.

g. Mr. P. has reced his Salary for N P. without deducting for the time he was suspended wth. for 1 Mo. is 50s.

Mencd.

The Court not being informed Whether there was any Money
in the Treasurer's Hands due to the Estate of Jones the late Govr.
made no order touching the 20s. mentioned in the Report

20d. for Ink Stands Etc
for the Court,

Mr. John White< no role > Cryer of the Sessions and House keeper of
Hicks Hall having disbursed Twenty Shillings for making fixing
up and painting four Additional Ink Stands ordered to be
provided for the Use of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace Sitting
in the Court and provided Pens and Paper for the Same use It
is Ordered by this Court that the said Mr. White be reimbursd
and paid the said 20s. by the Treasurer of this County and that
the Receipt of the said Mr White togr. with this Order shall be
a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment

£2.3.2 to the Contractor
for Conveyance of Vagrts.

It is Ordered that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trear . of this County do pay
to Mr James Sturges Adams< no role > £2:3:2 in full of his Account for
subsistance of Vagrants to this day and that the Receipt of
the said James Sturges Adams togr. with this Order shall be a
sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment.
