Order for Mr. Higgs the
Trearer to pay Several
Sums of Money to
Workmen for Work done
at the House of Correction
and New Prison at
Clerkenwell }

By adjournment on Thursday the 26th. day of October 1758 before
George Errington< no role > George Greene< no role > Francis Bedwell< no role > Bartholomew
Hammound
< no role > Esqrs. and others.

A Bill of Mr. Richard Jupp< no role > Carpenter and also a Bill of Mr.
Thomas Monday< no role > Pavior for Work done at the House of Correction
and New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County being produced
before this Court and it appearing that the Said Bills have been
examined by two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County
And that there is due to the Said Workmen respectively as
followeth.

To Mr. Richard Jupp< no role > for Work done at the House
of Correction} £30.16s.10d.

To the Same for Work done at New Prison £6.5s.0d

To Mr. Thomas Monday< no role > for Work done at the
House of Correction } £3.4s.0d

Which Said Sums of Money amount in the whole to forty Pounds
fire Shillings and ten pence It is Ordered by this Court that
Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay unto the Said
Persons abovenamed respectively the Said respective Sums of
Money above mentioned written over against their respective
Names And that the Receipts of the Said Persons respectively
together with this Order Shall be Sufficient Discharges to the
Said Treasurer for Such payments.

Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay 14s. to John Newbould< no role >
Petty Constable of Kensington
for the Burial of John
Davis
< no role > a Rogue & Vagabond.

Application being made to this Courts by John Newbould< no role > petty
Constables of the parish of Kensington for the payment of the
Sum of fourteen Shillings by him Expended for the
Burial of John Davis< no role > a Rogue and Vagabond And It
Appearing to this Court that the said John Davis< no role > was
Delivered to the said John Newbould< no role > to be passed from
Kensington to Chriswick in this County And that the said
John Davis< no role > died before he cod. be so passed and that the said
John Newbould Expended the said Sum of fourteen Shillings
