By adjournment on Thursday the 14th. Day of July 1757 .

Order for appointing Wm.
Harmants be High
Constable within the
Hundred of Spelthorne
in the Place of Richd.
Johnson.}

Whereas Richard Johnson< no role > exhibited his humble Petition unto
this Court Settingforth that he hath Served the Office of High
Constable within the Hundred of Spelthorne within the County
of Middlesex for the Space of about two Years and that he
hath paid into the Hands of the Treasurer of this County all
the County Rates and Duties Collected by him And the Petitioner
Praying that he may be discharged from his Said Office This Court
being Satisfied of the Truth of the Premisses Doth up on the
Recommendation of the Right Honourable George Earle Kinnoull
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid
Appoint William Harman< no role > of Stanies Cooper within the Hundredof
And County aforesaid to be High Constable within the said Hundredand
[..] aforesaid to be High Constable within the Hundred in
the place and Stead of the Said Richard Johnson< no role > And this Court
doth Order that the Said William Harman< no role > do forthwith (after notice
of this Order) Attend one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this
County residing in or near the Said Hundred And take his Oath
for the due Execution of his Said Office of High Constable within
the said Hundred And from and after the time of his having
taken Such Oath the Said Richard Johnson< no role > is to Stand
absolutely discharged from being High Constable within
the Hundred of Spelthorne aforesaid

By adjournment on Thursday the 14th. day of July 1757.

James Trimer< no role > to be
High Constable for
Kensington Division
in the place of Edward
Anderson.}

Whereas Edward Anderson< no role > exhibited his humble Petition unto this
Court Setting forth that he hath Served the office of High Constable
for Kensington Division within the County of Middlesex for the Space
of three years and upwards and that hath Collected all the County
Rates charged upon the Said Division and hath paid all the monies
So collected to the Treasurer of this County And the Petitioner
praying that he may be discharged from his Said Office This Court
being Satisfied of the Truth of the Premisses Doth upon
Recommendation of Thomas Niccoll< no role > Esqr . one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid appoint James Trimer< no role >
