Upon Consideration of Several Affidts. laid before this Court
concerning Some irregularitys alledged to have been committed
by
Henry Broadhead< no role >
Esqr
. in relation to his Office of a Justice of
the Peace of this County, This Court is of opinion that a
Representation be drawn up to the Lord High Chancellor against
the Said Mr. Broadhead for the Same; And doth thereupon Order
that it be, And It is hereby recommended unto his Majesty's Justice
of the Peace of the Said County herein after named (to wit)
