and of his Payments out of the Same, and to adjust the Said Account.

And It is also referred to the Said Committee to examine what
Money is due for Rent of the Mulberry Garden House at
Clerkenwell part of the Estate belonging to the Said County
and to Summon before them Mrs. Body Widow of William
Body deced late Tenant of the Same, and to hear what Proposal
She hath to make for payment of the Rent or for making good
any Contract not performed by the Said William Body< no role > , And
She (if She be able to come) or else her Agent on her behalf
is to attend the Said Committee for that purpose.

And It is recomended to the Said Committed to consider
the Case of David Wallace< no role > Constable of the Liberty of
Glass house Yard in the Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldersgate who formerly petitioned this Court praying to
be paid the Sum of £4.16s.8d. which he had disbursed for the
extraordinary Relief & Support of Catherine Mac Coffery
and two Children and Elizabeth Field< no role > four Vagrants who
were in distress, which Sum the Churchwardens & Overseers
refuse to pay, And also to consider if any Method can be
effectually taken for putting in Execution an Order of Sessions
made in December 1748 for providing for Vagabonds or
Vagrants by the Parish, Liberty, or Hamlet where taken Sick.

And if any other Matter of importance Shall happen to
be laid before the Said Committee, they are desired to take
the Same into their Consideration.

And the Committee are desired to make their Report to
the Court touching the Matters aforesaid.
