King George the Second Intituled, An Act to<lb></lb>
amend and make more effectual the Laws relating to Rogues,<lb></lb>
Vagabonds and other idle and disorderly Persons and to Houses of<lb></lb>
Correction, Do hereby Order limit, appoint and direct That the<lb></lb>
Several Rates and Allowances per Mile, or otherwise to be made by<lb></lb>
any Justice or <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55602_occ1215">Justices of the Peace</rs>

for the Said County, to any Constable<lb></lb>
or other Officer of the Same County for the passing Conveying or<lb></lb>
Maintaining of Rogues Vagabonds or incorrigible Rogues to be<lb></lb>
passed or conveyed as by the Said Act is directed Shall be until farther<lb></lb>
Order of the Court of General Quarter or General Session of the Peace<lb></lb>
for the Said County to the contrary as followeth, that is to Say, for<lb></lb>
maintaining of all and every Such Rogues Vagabonds or incorrigible<lb></lb>
Rogues the Rate or Allowance of Six Pence for every Such Person<lb></lb>
for four and twenty hours, and So after that Rate for a longer or Shorter<lb></lb>
time, and for the passing or conveying of any Such Person or Persons<lb></lb>
whose Names are contained in one Pass conveyed or carried alone, or<lb></lb>
together at one Time, or Turn, by Cart or Horse Carriage the Rate of Six<lb></lb>
Pence per Mile, and no more and for passing or conveying of Such Person<lb></lb>
or Persons on Foot under and less that Six Pence per Mile according<lb></lb>
to the Discretion of the respective <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55602_occ1216">Justices of the Peace</rs>
