or any part thereof within the said six days That then the said Committee of Justices of the Peace
or any two of them may Order another or Persons to repair the same and the expence thereof to be
paid by the Collector of the Toll money of the said Hay Market
and to be by him deducted out of the
next quarterly payment of the moneys which would become payable to the said Executors or Admrs. or
any of them on account of repairing and keeping the pavement of the said Hay Market
in repair
And It is further Ordered by this Court that the abovenamed Elijah Impey< no role >

be Chairman of the
said Committee of Justices of the Peace abovementioned who is hereby desired to cause the said
Committee to be summoned to meet together from time to time as Occasion may require. And they or
any two or more of them are desired to take a view of the said Hay Market
and see in what
Condition the same is, And if upon such view it shall appear that any part or parts of the
Pavement thereof is or are out of repair, Then to proceed from time to time in such manner as is
above directed to enforce the repair thereof.
