Bond upon account
of Work & in & about the
new building the Middx.
part of Chertsea Bridge.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County do pay unto Mr. Bond the sum
of forty Pounds upon account of his Work and Labour
and transacting Matters as the Surveyor in & about the
new building the Middx part of Chertsea Bridge in the
said County, And that the Receipt of the said John Bond< no role >
together with this Order shall be a Sufficient Discharge
to the said Treasurer for such Payment.

By adjornment on Thursday the 27th. day of Febry 1745.

Order for the Higgs the

of Work by him done in &
about the New building the
Middx part of Chertsea
Bridge.}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of this County do pay unto Mr. John Marquand< no role > the Sum of
forty Pounds upon account of Work by him done in &
about the New building the Middx part of Chertsea
Bridge in the Said County, And that the Receipt of
the Said John Marquand< no role > together with this Order shall
be a Sufficient Discharge to the Said Treasurer for
such payment.

Order for the Clerk of the
Peace to lay a Table of
his fees before the Court.}

It is Ordered that the Clerk of the Peace of the County
of Middx do lay a Table of his Fees before the Court on
the first day of the next General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be holden for the Said County.

of the said County, and how much Money hath been disbursed
out of the Same, And to report the same to the Court at the
next Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the Same County.
