It is Ordered by this Court that when any Person or
Persons resort either to Mr. Lindon or Mr. Higg's Office
to have any Bill or Bills of Indictment for Forgery or
Perjury prepared. that the Court be acquainted there with
before the Witnesses are Sworn to give Evidence there upon
to the intent that the Persons designing to preferr Such
Bills do first enter into Such Recognizance as the Court
Shall order and direct, that they will when Such Bill
or Bills of Indictment are found by the Grand Jury personally
appear and prosecute the Law with effect and give
Evidence upon Such Indictment at the Tryal to be had
thereupon before the

impannelled and Swornto try the
Traverse upon Such Indictment.
