And that the whole house ought to be Stopped, White washed
and painted inside and outside in oyl,

And that the locks, keys, bolts and hinges of the Several doors
ought to be repaired and made good where the Same are
wanting,

And that the Stocks near the Great Ward Room want
repairing,

And that the Floor of the work Room wants new raiseing
and mending,

And that a broken pipe in the first yard wants mending
and the pavement to be made good,

And that the rails and pails which Seperate the Garden
and prisoners yard ought to be painted,

And that the Iron Spikes over the Brickwall which Seperate
the Garden and prisoners yard from the first yard ought
to be painted,

And that the eight pair of handcuffs and keys, which are
remaining ought to be repaired,

And that twelve pair more thereof ought to be provided,

This Court upon reading the aforesaid Report doth agree to
the Same, And is of opinion And doth accordingly Order that
the value of the eleven Beetles and thirteen handcuffs
& keys above mentioned which are missing be made
good & answered to this County by Mary Creswell< no role > & John
Chilton Executors of the last will & testament of the Said
Peter Creswell< no role > out of Such money as Shall be allowed
them as his Executors on account of the passing &
releiving of vagabonds by the Said Peter Creswell< no role > as
Keeper of the Said House of Correction pursuant to a late
Act of Parliament in Such case made, And this Court
doth require that the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > do take due
care of the goods & utensills belonging to this County
mentioned in the Said new Inventory or account
taken by the Said Justices of the peace (the Sixteenth
Clocks and Sixteen beetles above mentioned which are
not fit for use being excepted thereout) he being to be
responsible for the Said goods & utensills for the use of
this County in Such manner as is Specifyed in the
Condition of the Said Bond to be by him given as
