Soldiers & Mariners out
of the moneys by him
reced of Jacob Harvey< no role >
Esqr . And for high
Constables & former
Trearers for maimed
Soldiers & Mariners (if
any money in hand
which was raised for
their releif) to pay the
Same to Mr. Higgs Etc.}

It is Ordered. by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do
out of the moneys by him reced of Jacob Harvey< no role > Esquire late
Treasurer of moneys raised for releif of maimed Soldiers &
Mariners in the Said County or out of any other money which
hath been raised for their releif and may come to the hands of the
Said Mr. Higgs, pay unto the maimed Soldiers & Mariners who
have been admitted pentioners of this County the Pentions due
to them respectively at Christmas last, and also their accrewing
Pentions untill the money which the Said Mr. Higgs now
hath or may come to his hands for that purpose Shall be
exhausted, And It is further Ordered by this Court that if any
former Treasurer of money raised for releif of maimed Soldiers
& Mariners in this County or any present or late high
Constable of any Division or District in the Said County
Shall have any Such money in his hands, Such Treasurer
or high Constable Shall pay the Same to the Said Mr. Higgs to
be by him applyed for & towards the releif of the maimed
Soldiers & Mariners who have been admitted Pentioners
of the Said County.

the parish of Endfield
within the Hundred of
Edmonton for passing
& releiving of Vagrants}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do out of Such moneys as may be proper to be
applyed. for this purpose pay unto Mr. James Flexman otherwise
Flexmore late of high Constable of the parish of Endfield within
the Hundred of Edmonton in this County the Sum of twelve
pounds and nine Shillings in full of all moneys by him
Paid to William Bodkin< no role > & Richard Dennis< no role > late Constables
of the Said parish for their trouble & expences in passing &
releiving of Vagrants and also in full of all other moneys
disbursed By the Said James Flexman otherwise Flexmore
or any ways due to him for the passing & releiving of
Vagrants, And that his receipt together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such
payment.
