Monday then next Ensueing to draw up and prepare a
petition to the honble. House of Commons , and thereby to
Shew and Represent the aforesaid Difficulties in rasing
Moneys for the purposes aforesaid And to pray and desire
that some Law more effectual, than the Laws now in force,
may be made for the more easy & ready raiseing of
Moneys for the repairing or rebuilding of Publick
decayed Bridges, and Goals, and for defraying the
charges & Expences of passing releiving and Conveying
of Vagrants, and other Moneys ratable by the Justices
of the Peace to be Assembled in General or Quarter
Sessions for publick Uses within their respective Countys

This Court taking Notice that Mr. John Daniel< no role > the Elder
Deputy Cryer of this Court hath been frequently absent
and not personally Attended the Service of this Court
as by the duty of his place he ought to have done, It is
Ordered by this Court that the said John Daniel< no role >
do Attend this Court on Tuesday the Eighteenth day
of January Instant at nine of the Clock in the
forenoon to Shew Cause why he should not be discharg'd
from his said place of Deputy Cryer

It is Ordered by this Court that the Affair relating to Mr.
John Daniel< no role > the Elder Deputy Cryer of this Court (who
hath been frequently Absent and not personally attended
the Service of this Court as by the Duty of his place he
ought to have done) be Adjourned Untill Thursday the
County day of the next General Sessions of the Peace for
this County at three of the Clock in the Afternoon at
which time he is to Attend the Court And in the mean
time he is personally to Attend the Service of the Court
each day of the Sessions, and not to be Absent without
leave of the Chairman of the Court or of
the Justice of Peace Acting as Chairman in his
Absence
