Whereas by two Severall Orders (vizt.) one of them made
at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for
this County by adjornment on Monday the Eleventh day of October
last and the other of them made at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by adjornment on
Fryday the fourteenth day of January now last It was (intee

within the Hundreds of Ossulston
Edmonton
and Gore
in this
County should be and he was thereby desired thereout to
advance and pay the Sume of Fourty eight pounds fourteen
Shillings and Six pence therein menconed for repaires done
to New Prison
at Clerkenwell
in this County unto such
Persons as the Committee of Justices therein named

And Whereas by another Order made at the Generall
Sessions of the Peace holden for this County by
adjornment on Wednesday the eighth day of December
now last past It was (inter al) ordered that the said Sir
Henry Penrice< no role >
should be and he was thereby desired
out of the Moneys in his hands to advance and pay the
further Sume of Nine pounds fourteen Shillings and Six
pence due to Workmen for repairs by them done to the
said Prison (over and above the said Sume of Fourty
eight pounds thirteen Shillings and Six pence) unto such
Person or Persons as the said Committee of Justices or any
three of them should by writing under their hands
certify the same to be due and payable for repaires done
to the said Prison, Now upon information given unto
this Court by the said Mr. Thornhill that the said Sumes
of Fourty eight pounds thirteen shillings and Six pence
