benefit of the said County to grant such new Lease on the
Terms therein mentioned, in regard of the Publick Use
to which it is applyed, and of the great Charge and
Expences which will be necessary to be laid out to
repair the Roofe and other parts of the said Workhouse
and Buildings All which Wee certifie and Submit
to the Judgement of the Court Dated this 13th. day of
August Anno Dni 1719.

To his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex appointed as a Comittee to view the
Corporation Workhouse at Clerkenwell in the said County
held by Lease at thirty pounds per Annum granted to
Sr. Thomas Row< no role > Knight deceased for the Remainder of
a Term of Fifty One years and to inspect the Repairs
wanting to be done to the said House and to see what
it want to make good the said Repairs and how much
the said House and Buildings thereto belonging will
produce at the end of the said Term and whether it
will be for the benefit of the County to add an
