Said Employment of Keeper for the Use of this County,
and give Security for that purpose, and that it ought
to be examined into what money the Petitioner hath
laid out in new paveing the Yard belonging to the
Said house of Correction, or in repairing the said
house Since the time of rebuilding thereof at the
Charge of this County, and whether Such new paving
or repaires [..] necessary, Wherefore It is thought
fit and Ordered by this Court that it be And It is
hereby recomended and referred unto the above
named John Pery< no role > Joseph Hayne< no role > D'Oyly Michell< no role >
and Thomas Burdus< no role > the former Referrees and also
unto Robert Thornhill< no role > Thomas Woodwork< no role > John
Milner John Offley< no role > John Richardson< no role > John Metcalfe< no role >
and John Ellis< no role > Esquires Justices of the Peace for
this County or any three or more of them to assemble
together at the said house of Correction at Such times
as they Shall think fit to appoint, and to take an
Inventory of what blocks, beatells, irons and
other matters do belong to the Said house of
Correction, and to examine if any and what
part thereof hath been found and provided by
the Petitioner and what new paveing or repaires
have been by him done at the said House of
Correction, and what he hath expended on accompt
thereof, and whether the Same were necessary,
And to Certify an accompt of their proceedings
herein and their opinions touching the premisses
unto his Majestys Justices of the Peace at the
next General or Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be holden for this County, And this
