Justice of the Peace do receive any Licences or fees,

but that the Clerk of the peace do amount with the

Justices Clerkes for their fees as usuall, That noe

Licences be granted to any new Victuallers on

those days, but the respective Victuallers who

apply for such new Licences, be required to leave

their homes, & the names of their Suretys, with

the Justices of the Peace of that Division, to the end

they may be enabled to inquire into the behaviour

& Character of such Victuallers before any Licence

be granted their That the Clerke of the peace of

this County doe by himself or his Deputy, & not
