& County of Middx, It is thought fit and Ordered by
this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended &
referred into sd. Henry Fetherston< no role > & sd. Fisher Tenth< no role >
Barts. sd. John Bennett< no role > Knt . Serjt. at law Martin
Ryder Joseph Offley Narcissus Luttrell< no role > Robert
Thornhill John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Henry Box< no role > Col John
Ellis Nicholas< no role > Jefferyes Alexander< no role > Ward & Doyly< no role >
Michel Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this County
or any three of them to draw up a Representacon
to the Lord Chancellor setting forth that by antient
usage Six or more of the Justices of the peace for
this County have been putt in Comicon of Goal
Delivery for the City of London & County of Middx
and that since the same hath been discontinued
and the Justices of the peace of this County have
been left out of Comicon Severall of his Maties.
Justices of the peace for this County have on
their attendance at the Old Baily London and
elsewhere reced great slights from the Aldmen
& Sherriffes of London and have been used
with great contempt, which they humbly
conceive to be a great dishonour to the Comicon
of the peace in generall, And that they humbly
hope that they haveing been diligent to
preserve his Maties. peace & Governmt. in their
respective stacons and are persons of considerable
fortunes & abilitys they shall have the life
respect paid to them as hath been formerly
allowed & paid to person of their Rank and
quality,
