It is Ordered by this Court that It [..] be And It is hereby
recomended and referred Unto Robert Thornhill< no role > John Metcalfe< no role >
John Fuller< no role > Isaac Tillard< no role > Alexander Ward< no role > and Thomas Rand< no role > Esqrs.
Six of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County or any two
of them to peruse the Severall Bills of John Warden< no role > Carpenter for
Carpenter and Bricklayer 's were done and performed by him and
his Workmen in and about the repair of a House in Corporation
Lane late impossession of Peter Plowden< no role > and alsoe for the repair of
Hickshall in St John Street , and the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
in this County and alsoe the Bill of Henry Hinde Ironmonger. for
Goods by him sold and delivered of Hicks hall aforesaid for the Use of
his Maties Justices of the peace for this County and alsoe the Bill of
Thomas Dove< no role > Glazier for Glaziers worte by him done & performed at
Hicks hall aforesaid, and to examine whether the Goods sold by the Sd.
Hinde ought to be Charged to the accompt of the House keeper of Hicks hall
for the time being or to the accompt of the Justices of the peace for
this County, And if it appeare to the said Referrees that the same
Goods ought to be Charged to the Justices of the peace for
this County Then they are desired to see that the prices are reasonable
and to cause a Schedule to be taken thereof in writeing and left
with the Clerke of the peace of this County, And they are alsoe desired
to see that the prices charged for the said repairs are reasonable,
and if overcharged in what particulars, and what in their Judgement
the said Workmen deserve respectively for the said repaires, And to
report their opinions touching the premisses Unto his Maties
Justices of the peace at the next Generall Sessions of the peace to be
held for this County.

Order to appear
for the Hundred
of Ossulston
ads Paine}

This Court haveing received Information that
John Paine< no role > hath brought his Action against the
Inhabitants of the Hundred of Ossulston in this
County in the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster
upon Accompt of a Robbery alledged to have
been Committed upon him within the said Hundred
and that he hath Sued forth Process against the
Said Inhabitants, It is Ordered by this Court that
Robert Hardisty< no role > Gentleman Deputy Clerk of the
Peace of the said County Do appear for the said
Inhabitants in the aforesaid Action, and Act as
Attorney for them in Defence of the said Suit.
