This was by mistake
incerted too Soon,

as are late [..] op in the Said Parishes of Southmims & Enfeild or
either of them or brought thither by passes in order to be conveyed
through the County of Middx or to any parish or place in the Same
County, and in what road they convey Such Vagrants, and whether
through any & what part of the Said Liberty of St. Albans or
County of Hertford, and how farr in Such Liberty or County,
and whether any Constables in Middx doe usually deliver and or
Have at Chipping Barnett any Vagrant, which are directed
to be conveyed to any more remote place in the Said & Libty of St.
Albans or County of Hertford, Or whether they convey them
through Chipping Barnett and Soe forwards through Hadley &
Southmims into the Said Liberty or County of Hertfordthe
Constables of Chipping Barnett have done [..] to
doe otherwise, And It is further Ordered by this Court that
his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx [..]
in [..] the Said parishes of Southmims & Enfeild be and
they are hereby desired to be present at the Said next Quarter
Sessions on the aforesaid fifth day of July next at eleven of the
that in the forenoon, and to inform the Court of their opinions
touching the premisses to the end the Court may be rightly
apprized what order may be [..] to be made there in,
And that
the Said John Salisbury< no role > & Robert Archer< no role > doe diligently inquire
and give a true accompt to the Said Court at the time aforesaid
whether the Constables of Chipping Barnett have or doe usually
convey Such Vagrants & others as are there taken up or brought
thither by passes, through the Said County of Middx towards St.
Albans or Bishops Hatfeild and how farr they convey the Same
in the Said County of Middx Or whether the Constables of Chipping
Barnett have done or continue to doe otherwise And It is further
Ordered by this Court that his Maties. Justices of the peace for the
County of Middx inhiteing in or neare the Said parishes of
Southmims & Endfeild be and they are hereby desired to be present
at the Said next Quarter Sessions on the aforesaid fifth day of
July next at eleven of the clock in the forenoon, and to inform
the Court of their opinions touching the premises, To the end the
Court may be rightly [..] apprized what Order may be
proper to be made therein,
