It is Ordered by this Court that Daniel Cornwall Gentl
do produce and lay before this Court tomorrow at Two
of the Clock in the afternoon a true and exact List or
Account of what fees have been usually taken by him
as Keeper of New Prison
at Clerkenwell
in this County
or his Servants of any Prisoner or Prisoners comitted to
or charged in custody in the said Prison, and for what
such Fees have been taken And that this Court do take
the same into consideration on Thursday next before
they proceed concerning the Election of a Keeper of
New Prison
aforesaid in the Room of the said Daniel
Cornwall
, who hath petitioned this Court to be
discharged from being Keeper of the said Prison,

of the Corporacon Workehouse at Clerkenwell

this County & the buildings & appurts thereon to
belonging by the Trustees of this County unto
John Bellers< no role >
& others for a terme of ninety nine
yeares from Michas 1719, at thirty Pounds P ann
rent conceing on to be determined by this Court,
His Maties. Justices of the peace for this County now
assembled (upon speciall & particular notice for
that purpose given) upon debate of the matter &
consideracon had of the same Are of opinion that
the said lease be not granted by the Trustees
aforesaid, And doe
