Ann Mr. Dear<lb></lb>
Says, he suffered the Prisoner to go out of the<lb></lb>
Shop, and Followed herShe turned into a<lb></lb>
Publick House, a few doors From his Brother's<lb></lb>
shop, and Informant went after her, and seeing<lb></lb>
some part of the Muslin now Produced exposed<lb></lb>
under her Arm, and the other part concealed under<lb></lb>
the Cloak of the Priconer, he put the Cloak aside,<lb></lb>
and took the said Muslin form herInformant<lb></lb>
charged the Priconer with stealing the Muslin, and<lb></lb>
she said, the Child in her Arms had taken it out of<lb></lb>
the ShopInformant brought the Prisoner back<lb></lb>
into his brother's Shop, and charged her in Custody of<lb></lb>
Mr. Swan Borough says that the Muslin now<lb></lb>
produced is the property of his Brother, and of the<lb></lb>
Value of Five PoundsAnd the said William<lb></lb>
