WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two<lb></lb>
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of<lb></lb>
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by<lb></lb>

London, forthwith to remove and convey the saidJoshua<lb></lb>
Hepworth<lb></lb>
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish ofSaint<lb></lb>
Andrew by the Wardrobe in the City of London<lb></lb>
Andhimdeliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers<lb></lb>
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this<lb></lb>
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro<lb></lb>
vide forhimaccording to Law. Given under our Hands<lb></lb>
