and with all due Submission appeals to your Worships for<lb></lb>
your Judgment and Determination in Support of the sd. Certificate<lb></lb>
and your Petitioner humbly prays that your Worships will<lb></lb>
relieve him in the Premisses in such Manner as to your<lb></lb>
great Wisdoms shall seem meet</p>
