Cheesborough and diverse others<lb></lb>
substantial Parishioners and Inhabitants in the said Parish are rated and assesed in the<lb></lb>
said Assesment above one half lower than your Petitoners are rated in the said<lb></lb>
assessment when at the same Time Several of them are of much superior abilities to<lb></lb>
your Petitioners and abundantly more able to bear the Burthen of maitaining the<lb></lb>
Poor of the said Parish and live in House of as near as high Rents as your Petionrs.</p>
<p n="123">Wherefore your Petitiners thinking themselves aggrieved by the<lb></lb>
said Rate or Assessment appeal of this Honourable Court for<lb></lb>
Relief in the Premisses and humbly pray that you: Lordship<lb></lb>
and Worships will hear the same and make such Order and<lb></lb>
Determination therein as to you in your Judgments shall seem<lb></lb>
most equitable and just,</p>
