These are to Certify that at the Session of the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate
within mentioned Philip Neve< no role > Esquire then and [..] ill one of His Majesty's Justices
at the peace for the County of Middlesex [..]
within mentioned conditioned for the personal [..] ce of the with in named
William Hicks prosecute and give Evidence in His Majesty's behalf against the
within named Thomas Hardwicke< no role > for feloniously caling two tea Caddies one tea
Chest two spar [..] ses and other Articles of houses [..] furniture the property of the
said William Hicks< no role > At which said Session the said William Hicks< no role > did not appear
and prosecute and give Evidence against the said Thomas Hardwicke< no role > according to
the condition of the said Recognizance where by the said Recognizance became
forfeited and was accordingly estreated into His Majesty's said Court of Exchequer
Given under my hand this third day of May One thousand seven hundred
and Ninety six
