At the Delivery of the King's Gaol of Newgate
holden for
the County of Middlesex
at Justice Hall
in the Old
Bailey
in the Suburbs of the City of London
on
Wednesday the twenty eighth day of March in the
thirty second Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third King of Great Britain Etc.
It is ordered that the Keepers that the Keeper of the several Out prisoners of
this County shall not here after remove any Prisoner to a
His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
who shall be afflicted with any
fulsid or infections distemper or be in a state of heath not fid
do tried And that when the Keepers of the said Prisons shall
remove any Prisoner to the said Gaol of Newgate
they shall
deliver to the Keeper of that Gaol or his Under keeper a
Certificate in writing under the hand of the Surgeon of their
respective Prisons certifying that such Prisoner is not so
afflicted and is in a state of heath fit to be tried And it is
further ordered that the Keeper of His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
shall not her after receive any Prisoner from the Keepers of
the said but Prisons with out such Certificate
