at Brentford that he usually begins to Mark about 4 of the Clock
in the Morning and that he murderded walk an the Mall or Corn
except it was to level it but not to press it
and the said Abraham Ayton being now here again called
upon by us the said Justices per his further defence dother
not product any ner is any other evidence watching on
Concerning the premises now her produced were the
said Justices wherefore it manfully appears to us the
said Justices that the said Abraham Ayton< no role > is quality
after offence charged upon him in and by the said
Information and in do hereby adjudge that the saith
Abraham Ayton be Convicted and he is hereby Convicted
by us the said Justices of the said Offence so charged
him on and by the said Information and [..]
adjudge that the said Abraham Ayton has for her do
offence perfected and so perfect the sum of piece shilling
for every Burhill of the said Corn Grain an Gloger to 268 bus so [..]
Named and otherwisetogether Perced together as aforesaid
amounting in the together whole to the Sum of £67 of lawfull
Money of great Britain and we do adjudge that
are Maily thereof be paid to our said lord the King
and the other Maily to the said William Boyd< no role > the
Inform according to the Herin of the Statute in that
Case made and produced In witness whereof are
the said Justices to this present record of Convicture
hence hereunto Set [..] hands and Seals at Hammer
smith aforesaid this eighth day of February in the
Year of our Lord 1790.
