me this 2nd. day of January
1789 .

Who being upon Oath severally say and first
the said Catherine Marchant< no role > for herself
says that the person now present who calls
herself Mary Thorp< no role > was lately a Servant
to this Informant that on the tenth day of
December last the said Mary Thorp< no role > left the
House of this Informant when she was from
home And this Informant further says
that on the said tenth day of December a
blue Stuff Petticoat two Linen Handkerchiefs
three Caps and divers other Articles were
feloniously stolen in her said House and
that the blue Stuff Petticoat the two Linen
Handkerchiefs and the three Caps now
produced by Thomas Green< no role > are the same
that was stolen in her House as aforesaid
