diately held him while another person took eight<lb></lb>
Shillings, some half pence, and Handkerchief, a Stock<lb></lb>
and two Keys out of his Pocket, that after his money<lb></lb>
had been taken away the Prisoner took his Hat<lb></lb>
from off his head, but on this Informant beging for<lb></lb>
his life the prisoner gave him his Hat again</p>

Monday Evening about a quarter past ten o'Clock<lb></lb>
he heard that Brady had been robbed by <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45036_n1015-2">Joseph Lee</rs>

to the House where Lee lived and asked<lb></lb>
if he was at home and was answered by his Wife<lb></lb>
that he was not, that this Informant then said<lb></lb>
he knew he was at home and would break the door<lb></lb>
open if he did not open it. That the Prisoner asked<lb></lb>
who was wanted, that the Watchman said he had a<lb></lb>
charge against him, the Prisoner answered I Know</p>
