Justices of the peace
in and for the said
County
Who being upon Oath saith that on Monday night
the Tenth of September instant he went to see
the Entertainments at the Royalty Theatre
that
at the time he went to the Theatre he had a purse
Containing Six Guineas in Gold and about fourteen
Shillings in Silver in his Breeches Pocket that
when he had got into the two Shillings Gallery of
the said Theatre he found that the said Pense together
with the Money had been feloniously taken and
carried away And that the Purse and Money now
Produced and found in the Possession of a Person
now present who calls himself Samuel
