Marylebone in the Said County
taken before us two of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County

Who being Severally Upon Oath Say
And first this Informant Alexander Scott< no role >
for himself Saith That last night about Eight
of the Clock as this Informant was going
through Orchard Street in the said Parish Saint Mary le bone he was feloniously assaulted by
the Prisoner William Couldock< no role > who pushed him
down and fercibly took from this Informant
a Bundle of wearing Apparel which he this
Informant was carrying home to his Mothers
House in Berkeley Street in the Said Parish
And the said William Couldock< no role > immediately
ran off with the same, upon which this
Informantincalled out several times
"Stop thief and pursued the said William
Couldock
< no role > about and Hundred Yards when
he was apprehended by the Informant Benjamin
Cattin
< no role > Who for himself Says that upon
hearing the Annalarm of Stop thief he
this Informant came out of his House in
the Smell Buildings Orchard Street in the
Said Parish and saw the prisoner
