Who being upon Oath say and first the said William
Harker< no role >
says that about the middle of the Month of October
last as he was crossing Tower Hill
about eight o Clock in
the Evening he was becot by two Footpads one of whom
struck him with a Bludgeon and the other tripped up his
Heels-That after dragging him into the Mud and otherwise ill using
him they robbed him of the Metal Watch now [..]
produced together with two Seals half a Guinea and about
eight or nine shillings-And the said Jonathan Rutland< no role >
says that yesterday about three o Clock the said Metal Watch
was sold by a person now present who calls herself
Charlotte Smith< no role >
for forty shillings to him
