of Thomas Southall< no role > all
for Felony

Thomas Southall< no role > of the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex Jack Maker Maketh
Oath and Saith that he attended this Honorable
Court from nine o Clock Yesterday Morning till
half past nine of the Clock last night when
the Court broke up and from nine o Clock this
Morning until twelve of the Clock this day
and that he this Deponent only went to his
own House for a little refreshment about
twelve this Day and returned again before
one he having neither cat or drank anything
(before this day) and that as the Prisoner Mary
Sharks
< no role > was the last upon the list when he
this Deponent went away as aforesaid he
did not expect that the said Mary Shanks< no role >
would have been called upon to take her
Tryal before this Deponent's return'd as there
were so many on the hit and this Deponent
further Saith that his Absence was not
owing to favor or Affection to the Prisoner
or to any Cause whatever Except
