Who being on Oath severally say and fist the said Samuel

for himself saith that he came from Lambeth
this
Evening on a Small bay More to the House of Mr. Peacock Gold
Beater
in Long Acre
that he got off the said Mare and left her
in the Street buy the door of the said Mr. Peacock That after
she had been there after Minutes he was Informed by John
Duruford< no role >
That on Man was gone off with his Mare That he and
said Mr. Peacock immediately went in pursuit of the said
Mare and Man and that after some secrick he found the
Prisoner now present who calls himself Thomas Davies< no role >
upon his said Mare near Exeter Change
in the Stand
And the said John Durnford< no role >
for himself saith that being
told by Septic Thurlow< no role >
a little Girl between eight and
Nine Year of Age that their was a Man holding and another
Man getting up on the Horse belonging to the Gentleman
who called upon his Master That he went out and saw a
Man whom he verily believes to be the said Thomas Davies< no role >
Aiding the said Mare down Long Acre
