Severally make Oath and
Say And first this Deponent John Warne< no role >
for himself saith
that He is Journeyman
and works with the Prosecutor Richard
Harper< no role >
above named and that He saw the said Prosecutor very
ill in Bed this very Morning and possitively Saith that the
said Prosecutor is unable to attend this Prosecution this day
owing to his said Illness And this Deponent Lawrence
Barrow for himself Saith that He likewise saw the said
Prosecutor Richard Harper< no role >
this Morning very ill in Bed at his
House in New Street
Covent Garden
And this Deponent Saith
that He the said Richard Harper< no role >
is unable to attend this
Prosecution this day as appeared [..] to this Deponent when He
saw him in Bed as aforesaid
