Who being upon Oath say and first the said William Smith< no role >
says that between the Hours of Seven and Eight o'Clock on Tuesday
Night last his House on Vine Street
Westminster
was robber of a
bag containing two Crown pieces two Dollars and a Shillingstwo
table Spoonsa Guinea and a half in Money, three Shirts two Bed
Gowns and other wearing ApparelThe said Thomas Murless< no role >
says
that about half past Seven o'Clock on said Tuesday Night he observed one
William Smiths< no role >
House for sometime that on their coming away from
said Door he saw one of them drop the Shirt now produced which he
picked up and which was the next day delivered by this Informants Mother
to said William Smith< no role >
that said Shovell and Collier had each of them
a Bundle and went away with the sameAnd the said David Jenkins< no role >
says
that he was with the said Thomas Murless< no role >
at this time That he observed
said Shovell and Collier near said Smiths HouseThat said Collier
was setting on a Bench near the same [..] and said
Shovell was Peeping through the Key hole of the [..] Entry
Door And the said William Smith< no role >
further says that the said
Shirt delivered to him by the Mother of said Robert Murless< no role >
is one of the Shirts of which he was robbed as aforesaid and that
from the above as well as other Circumstances he doth verily.
