The Information of Joseph

Justices of the Peace for the said
County the 5 Feby 1785

Who being on his Oath saith that above a fortnight last past
he let on Apartment in his House won Thomas Jones< no role > and
comployed him as a Journeyman Shoemaker to Work him
the m [..] morning of the presened 9th. of February he went into
said Apartment and found therewith [..] had been taken from
the Bed with which Taxe'd the said Thomas Jones< no role > con [..]
further enquiry [..] he had Pawned them [..] Wright
Pawnbroker in the Memory for the Sum of 5..6 which said
Street he [..] produced to him and one his property
he doth therefore charge the said Thomas Jones< no role > with having
feloniously taken and carried away the same
