Who being on his Oath saith that [..] above nine Months
last past he missed a Horse from his Grands in the Parish of
Enfield Middlesex and on enquiry found that the said [..]
Horse had been Sold by one James May< no role > to Person whose Thomas
he as informed in W [..] by who lives at Fur [..] in Res [..]
of Edment in the said County for the S [..] of [..]
Shillings and Proper she said Joseph Osborn< no role > doth charges
the said James May< no role > with having feloniously taken and
carried away the [..] said Horse against his pre [..]
