The Information of Henry Clark< no role > , John Street< no role > and
Richard Dent< no role > taken before me this 29th day of September 1784

Who being on Oath say and first the said Henry Clark< no role > says that between
3 and 4 o'Clock this morning he awoke and saw a person now present who calls himself
William Edwards< no role > in his Room that this Informant immediately got out of Bed
and seized said Edwards when said Edwards threw himself out at the Window
which was then open and Informant keeping his hold went out of the Window
with him when a Scuffle ensued and Informant called for assistance when
said John Street came to his assistance and secured said Edwards. And [..]
said John Street< no role > says that this morning between 3 and 4 o'Clock he heard said
Clark call for assistance when Informant got up and run out at the Door and
found said Clark and Edwards engaged together that he assisted said Clark
in securing said Edwards, and this Informant further says that a Tobacco
Box containing some buckles and other things now produced said Edwards
gave to Informant out of his Pocket after he was Secured. And the said
Richard Dent< no role > says he is Headborough of Kensington that between 3 and 4
o'Clock this morning he was called up to take charge of [..] said
Edwards. after said Edwards was in his Custody said Clark deliver to [..]
the Tobacco Box and other things now produced. And the said Henry [..]
says that the Tobacco Box and other things now produced are his prop [..]
were at that time Stolen.
